Meet Our Therapists

Each of us has over 20 years of training and experience working with the wide variety of challenges facing individuals and families. We are real women, business owners and moms who have a wealth of knowledge about teens, kids, parenting, maternity, fatherhood, trauma, and adult stressors. Our work is evidence based, trauma informed, culturally competent and LGBTQ affirming.

Lindsay LaBoda, LMSW

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker I strive to provide support for individuals, children, and families in a nurturing and empathic environment. My goal is to create a safe and comfortable space for clients in which they are in control of their own goals in treatment.

Kaela Wright, MS, LLP

One thing we know is that therapy is hard. It’s uncomfortable to get emotional and to let a stranger into your history. My approach is to ease the discomfort by building a trusted connection in a laid back space, that lets us think through the experiences that shape your relationships and your day to day life. We pay attention to you and your family’s unique needs, and create a treatment strategy that is customized to fit right, and be useful for you.

I have experience with several specialties over 20 years of work in therapy. I’ll list those below, AND— know that our initial consultation is meant to help us identify if it feels like a good fit, and that my expertise can be useful in seeking the change you are looking for.

My focus has included men’s health, anxiety and trauma, student life, perinatal support and young children, as well as LBGTQ+ support and neurodivergence.
